Ozkoseoglu, as an industrial establishment has contributed quite a lot to the Turkish national economy since 1962. The organization has been engaged in manufacturing of industrial furnaces and industrial burners under the different licenses from American, French and Swiss companies. In 1983 by adding rotary bread ovens to the production line Ozkoseoglu gave new direction to the bakery equipment production industry.

The manufacturing activities of Ozkoseoglu in bakery sector are carried on a 12,000 square meter closed area totally 17,000 square meter area in Istanbul.

Ozkoseoglu is providing solutions in the two sectors which is important to humanity, these are heat and food industries. Ozkoseoglu’s solutions are successfully being operated in 5 continents and 63 countries in the world. Ozkoseoglu as the leader of furnace manufacturing industry has thousands of ovens and equipment still operating in Turkey and abroad.

Founded in 1983, to act in the field of tourism establishment construction-operation including other disciplines in the tourism sector, PALMIYE is operating its existing establishments in cooperation with Club Mediterranean of France, the well-known tourism establishment operator of the world. Palmiye Antalya Kemer Hotel and Holiday Resort
Constructed in 1983 as a 1010 bed holiday resort over 200,000 square meter of land, Club Med Palmiye Kemer is a splendid holiday resort situated 55 Km away from Antalya Airport. In 1987, the complex is enlarged by the construction of a four star hotel of 544 beds in the same land. All these facilities are constructed by ENTES on turnkey basis.

Palmiye Bodrum Holiday Resort
Constructed in 1993 as a 552 bed holiday resort over a 50,000 square meter of land, Club Med Palmiye Bodrum is a holiday resort with Aegean Architectural Style situated 15 Km away from the Bodrum City Center. The construction of this holiday resort was also constructed by ENTES on turnkey concept.

The design of a new hotel with 400 beds and another holiday resort planned to be built on the field next to the existing facility is completed and waiting for the required permits.
PALMIYE has also constructed a mountain ski resort in Uludag, Bursa and Palmiye Bosporus Villas in Istanbul.

A leading company of Turkey in the sector of paper and corrugated board production. Established in 1986 in Bilecik/Turkey, over an area of 200,000 square meter, to produce strawfluting paper, test liner paper, corrugated board and corrugated board box. Production facilities cover 35,000 square meter of closed area.

The plant works in integrated philosophy by using straw fluting paper and test liner paper in corrugated cardboard and cardboard box production.

The domestic market share of Marmara is around 3%. The super-heated steam produced at 44 kg/cm2 in fluidized bed boilers of 40 tons/hour are passed through 2500 kW turbo generators and then used as process steam, so most of the power requirements of the plant is self-supplied and the plant has competitive structure.

Marmara Paper uses 40,000 tons/year waste paper and 20,000 tons/year straw as raw material and with additional waste treatment systems MARMARA became an environmental conscious company.

Marmara Paper with its experienced and highly skilled employees by successfully maintaining ISO 9000 Quality Management System meets the needs of the consumers in packaging sector and in order to keep this service on the highest level and comply with user’s demand becomes the leader in manufacturing of corrugated board. In manufacturing of corrugated board the latten in E,B,C,EB and BC corrugated forms are converted into boxes on the 2-3-4 color printed machines.

Standard or special cut boxes for packaging purposes are manufactured in accordance with the type of the products and in proper for specified products design.

Established by Ozkoseoglu Group in 1976, Remsan is the first monolithic refractory company. For this incidence, a considerable contribution was supplied through means of Entes, a company among the Group and Ozkoseoglu itself, had an immense need for refractories, which were deeply involved in realization of industrial facilities and turnkey based projects at times.

In those years, all products manufactured in accordance with technology employed by American CE. Refractories were primarily introduced and utilized in gigantic iron and steel plants of the nation. Mission comprising presentation of the material to nearly all sectors nationwide had been successfully done by Remsan, merely causing item monolithic refractory nicknamed “Remsan.”

In parallel with the increasing market demand and industrialization period in Turkey, Remsan had begun service to its customers, not only with adapted American ways and techniques but also manufacturing its own products developed by Remsan research and development (R&D) studies in early 90s and streghtened its position in the market.

Remsan modernized its plant in Ayazaga-Istanbul and with the new production line completed in 2008, started fully automated production which considerably increased the capacity. Today Remsan manufactures all kind of plastics, lowcasts, specially pressed shaped refractors, aluminium filters, mortars, nozzles which are under use by all industries.

The production of Remsan having a privileged and pioneer position in refractor production can be examined in 9 different categories:

• Plastic refractories,
• Castables,
• Low-cement and no-cement vibrating castables,
• Gunning mixes and shotcrete materials,
• Insulating castables,
• Refractory mortars (binding and coating mortars),
• High oven and injection refractories,
• All kinds of precast (specially shaped) refractory materials,
• Ancillary elements and anchorages.

The foundation of Samsun Ilkadım Halk Ekmek (SIHE) Bakery Plant was laid in June 2011 by Ozkoseoglu Group of companies which won the built-operate-transfer model tender of Samsun municipality. In a very short only 8 months period construction Works, equipment erection Works were completed and in February 2012 production and sales were begun.

Ilkadım Halk Ekmek A.S., built on the area allocated by Samsun Municipality, invested this Project at its own expense and has become an important example for build-operate-transfer model.

The goal of SIHE is to provide people of Samsun with tasty and hygienic baked bread at the suitable price, as well as to assume the mission of setting high standards in bread and bread ranges.

The Ilkadım Halk Ekmek A.S. was found in purpose to produce, distribute and establish necessary for distribution units in order to meet the need of Samsun people in healthy, neat, hygiene, quality, under fair price and compliant with Turkish Bakery industry Codex of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and livestock bakery and baked products. For accomplishing the above goal, Ilkadım Halk Ekmek A.S. producing Turkish bread and other bakery products has a regulating role in delivering this major food element to Samsun people at an affordable price and in a healthy way.

Located on 4,700 square meter closed area in Ilkadım town of Samsun, Derecik district our modern factory includes:

• 25 tones flour trucks,
• 102 tones stainless steel flour silos,
• Automated dough preparation and dough shaping-moldering equipment,
• Automated fermentation units;
• Cyclothymic system tunnel bakery ovens 30 meter length and
• Cooling conveyors.

For fast and healthy delivery of the products to the customers we have 7 closed trucks and 50 sales kiosks.

All hygiene conditions recommended by the World Health Organization are ensured in the plant, thanks to its modern ventilation system, epoxy coverings preventing and bacterial growth and modern disinfection units.
