Turnkey construction of 102 km road (Section 1 -14 km, Section 2-88 km), 2 lanes of 7.3 m total width and 2 m wide shoulders at each side, including earthworks, substructure, superstructure, asphalt pavement, bridge works, culverts, snow galleries, retaining walls, gabion walls, geotextile works, rip rap, drainage structures and road furniture. 
Extremely mountainous area with high altitude up to 3.200 m. Adverse climatic conditions.
The contract was executed in a joint venture named "Susamyr-Inter" with Narynges/Kyrgyzstan.
